These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of Singing Warmup ("the app"), a vocal warm-up app that runs entirely on your device. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The short version
Singing Warmup is a free tool to warm up your voice — not a medical or vocal-coaching service. Use it sensibly, don't strain your voice, and understand it's provided as-is. There are no accounts and no data collection, so there's very little for either of us to argue about.
Using the app
You may use Singing Warmup for your own personal, non-commercial vocal practice. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
- Don't copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Don't use the app in any way that breaks the law or interferes with how it works for others.
Your voice and your health
Singing Warmup provides general vocal warm-up exercises and pitch feedback. It is not medical advice, vocal therapy, or professional coaching, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
- Stop immediately if any exercise causes pain, strain, hoarseness, or discomfort.
- You are responsible for warming up within your own limits and not over-using your voice.
- If you have a voice, throat, or medical condition, consult a qualified professional before using the app.
No accounts, no data
The app has no accounts and collects no personal data — everything runs locally on your device. How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The app, including its design, audio, exercises, and content, belongs to its creator and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you — only the limited right to use the app described above.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. Some features may depend on your device, its operating system, or its settings, and we don't guarantee the app will work on every device or remain available indefinitely.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the app or its pitch feedback will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Singing Warmup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any vocal strain or injury resulting from misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
